IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division, is seeking a full-time Electrical Foreman for Traffic Signal, Roadway Lighting, and Airport projects throughout Nebraska and Kansas-$7,000 HIRE BONUS, Per Diem as Eligible, and Company Vehicle Assignment.

Job Summary

  • As a working foreman, leads and directs craft workers assigned to projects
  • Communicates and ensures compliance with all aspects of construction: safety, technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Works from heights in a bucket truck
  • Complies with and enforces all company and customer safety policies and procedures
  • Travel required.

Qualifications  

  • 4 years’ recent electrical experience and/or civil (concrete) experience
  • Supervisory experience in electrical construction environment 
  • Street lighting and traffic signal experience a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and MVR check.
