IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division, is seeking an Electrical Foreman in the Grand Island and Kearney, NE area.  $7500 Hiring Bonus!

Job Summary

  1. Supervises electricians, apprentices and other craft workers assigned to projects.
  2. Interprets company policies to employees, enforcing safety regulations and proper care of tools and equipment.
  3. Enforces and communicates all aspects of construction: safety, technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures, and standards.
  4. Completes other duties as directed by supervisor.
  5. Complies with and enforces all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
  6. Travel may be required.


  1. Valid State Electrical Journeyman License.
  2. 4 - 6 years’ recent commercial or industrial electrical experience.
  3. Supervisory experience in an industrial electrical construction environment.
  4. High School Diploma/GED.
  5. OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
  6. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
  7. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.
